Gelira may process information you choose to provide in the app, including:

• Profile details such as your display name, profile photo, and bio.
• Content you create or share in community areas of the app, including artwork posts, captions, comments, images, videos, and optional location details.
• Information you include when contacting support.

Information related to device features and permissions

When you choose to use certain features, Gelira may request access to device capabilities such as your camera, photo library, microphone, and location. The related information is used to support the feature you select, such as capturing media, recording video, choosing images, or adding and selecting optional location details.

How information is used

Gelira may use information described in this policy to:

• Operate profiles, community posts, comments, likes, following lists, and safety tools.
• Support artwork photo and process video publishing, including optional location details selected by the user.
• Display drawing community content, profile pages, post detail views, and user-generated interactions.
• Support account management, profile editing, account deletion, reporting and blocking, and user support requests.
• Maintain app functionality, troubleshoot issues, and protect the app experience.

How information may be shared

Gelira may share information when needed to provide core app functions, such as hosting, support, analytics, compliance, or other operational services related to the app experience.

Information may also be shared when required to comply with applicable law, enforce our terms, respond to valid legal requests, or protect users, rights, and the integrity of the app.

Gelira does not sell personal content.

Your choices

• You can edit your profile information inside the app.
• You can choose whether to publish content and whether to include media or optional location details.
• You can control device permissions through your device settings.
• You can use in-app reporting and blocking tools to manage community interactions and visibility.
• You can delete your account from within the app.

Data retention

Content you publish and profile information remain available in the app until you edit or delete them, or delete your account. App data stored locally on your device, such as settings or cached content, may remain until you clear it or remove the app.

Gelira uses reasonable measures intended to protect information and support a safe user experience. No method of storage, transmission, or processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
