Use of the app

Gelira is a mobile app that includes drawing photo and video posts, profile features, following lists, likes, comments, optional location tags, text filtering, and reporting and blocking tools. You agree to use the app only for lawful and appropriate purposes.

Your profile and content

You are responsible for the information, media, comments, and other content you create, upload, or publish in community areas of Gelira. You should only share content that you have the right to use and that does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Content standards

You agree not to use Gelira to upload, post, comment on, or promote content that is:

• Harassing, threatening, hateful, abusive, or deceptive.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or intended to scam others.
• Infringing, unlawful, or otherwise harmful to other users or the app.
• Used to interfere with the normal operation, safety, or integrity of Gelira.

Community safety and moderation

Gelira has zero tolerance for objectionable content, abusive users, or behavior that harms the community. We may review reported content, remove offending posts or comments, and suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these Terms.

Users can report objectionable content and block abusive users in the app. Blocking hides that user's content from your feed immediately and helps us review the issue.

We aim to review valid reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action when needed.

Following and safety tools

Gelira includes following features plus reporting and blocking tools to help users manage what they see. You are responsible for how you use these community features.

Location features

Certain publishing and discovery features may allow you to select or attach optional location details. You are responsible for deciding whether to share location-related information in your content.

Permissions and device access

Some features depend on access to your camera, photos, microphone, or location. If you choose not to grant a permission, related features may be unavailable or limited.

Intellectual property

The Gelira app, including its design, branding, layout, and original app materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of the app or its branding.

Account action and termination

You may stop using the app at any time. Gelira may limit, suspend, or terminate use of the app, and remove content, where necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or respond to misuse, abuse, or legal requirements.

Disclaimer

Gelira is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Use of the app is at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gelira will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app.
